The following documents are needed for the session:

  1. Pension estimate
    Note: if you are retiring from FDNY with a 3/4 pension you will need the pension estimate for 3/4s
  2. For divorced pre‐retirees a copy of the QDRO in reference to the pension, if applicable
  3. NYC Deferred Compensation Plan statement
  4. Union Annuity Fund statement (known as an Accrual Fund for UFA members)

The fee for the session is $350 (credit card, check, or cash) and lasts for about 1 1⁄2 hours. The session is in person at 110 Wall St NY, NY (Staten Island location is no longer available).  Phone or ZOOM meetings are not offered.
